What Incoterms, payment, and delivery options do you offer?

We support the commonly used Incoterms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, destination port, and shipping schedules.

We accept secure international payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), along with other mutually agreed terms for long-term partners.

How do you ensure product quality before shipment?

Each shipment undergoes strict quality checks, sampling, and inspections (e.g., SGS) . Third-party inspections can be arranged on buyer’s expense.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. Samples are available upon request to help buyers evaluate quality before placing bulk orders. Sample and courier charges may apply.

How do you handle export documentation?

We manage complete export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates, and other documents required for smooth shipping, delivery, and customs clearance.

What is your order processing time?

Order processing typically ranges from 3 to 14 days after order confirmation and payment, depending on product type and volume.

Do you support long-term supply contracts and visitation?

Absolutely. We welcome long-term partnerships and contract-based supply agreements to ensure consistent supply and competitive pricing. You are welcome to visit us, meet with us, and inspect the stock in person.
